Coda
(with plenty of healthy vegetables but no actual music)

"Look," said Tegan. "Have you got any celery?"
The Doctor looked worriedly at his empty lapel. "We got a little
carried away."
Harry thought about it. "I might have."

("They're asking for vegetables again?" demanded the Proprietor,
ensuring the costs were chalked up to the Fifth Doctor. "What do they
think this is, a greengrocer's?")

Harry returned bearing the offending vegetable, beaming proudly.
Both Tegan and the Doctor stared at it and then him for a long
moment.
"Who have we had in the Round lately?" asked the Doctor curiously.
She was not as patient. "Harry, I'd have thought even you would have
known that's a turnip!"
"Oh." He examined it carefully. "So it is. I'll get the celery!"

He reappeared, confident in his success this time.
"That's spinach," pointed out Tegan.
The Doctor laughed to himself.
Tegan waited for an explanation.
"Might be more useful in an emergency," he explained and smiled.
She shook her head.

Harry tried again.
"Rhubarb," said the Doctor.
Harry leant forward, concerned. "Doctor, you're a major character;
you don't have to do that."
"He means," growled Tegan, "that's _rhubarb_, you idiot!"
He put it down on the table nervously. "Then we don't have any
celery. You'll have to take the rhubarb and hope that no one will
notice."
"Now, that would be silly," objected the Doctor.
Harry managed not to say anything.

I think it's out of my system now... :-)
